As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic retail and mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting with access control as needed. You will interact with guests, tenants, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to address questions or concerns. This role requires you to be agile and adaptable, ready to respond to various situations while upholding Allied Universal's values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment for visitors and staff.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
• Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the retail and entertainment environment, adapting to varying site conditions as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
