As a Security Professional - Dispatch Specialist in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security-related systems, coordinating communication between on-site personnel, and responding promptly to incidents or requests for assistance. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a strong presence and providing clear, professional communication at all times. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the commercial real estate location.
• Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and emergencies, relaying information to appropriate Allied Universal team members and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting tenants, visitors, and staff with inquiries and requests related to security-related matters.
• Coordinate with on-site security-related personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating critical information and following established protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points through electronic systems and/or direct communication with on-site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
