As a GSOC Operator Dispatcher - Full Time in Milpitas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a GSOC Operator Dispatcher with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution environment, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also be the first point of contact for communication and coordination, providing exceptional customer service and support to those on site. This position requires you to operate a company vehicle as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch station to support security-related operations within the logistics and distribution location.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel and Allied Universal team members to relay critical information and respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document and report security-related incidents, activities, and observations as required by site-specific policies.
• Assist in the deployment of security-related resources and personnel as directed during routine operations and/or emergency situations.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors, drivers, and staff in accordance with site procedures.
• Support regular communication with patrol teams to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain awareness of site conditions.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique needs of the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with customer service and comfort using a computer or tablet are preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
