As a Security Officer - Financial Site - Multiple Shifts in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within financial institution locations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned area, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to staff and visitors. You will be an approachable resource, ready to respond to inquiries and assist individuals as needed, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
