Are you an accomplished sales executive ready to lead a national team while personally building partnerships with some of the most iconic sports stadiums, concert arenas, and live event venues in North America? Allied Universal® Event Services is hiring a Vice President of Sales—a high-impact role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on selling in the thrilling world of event security and guest services. With 50–70% travel, you’ll be on the front lines driving growth, expanding market presence, and shaping the safety and guest experience at major public events nationwide.

This position is open to candidates based near a major U.S. airport to support efficient travel; individuals located in Dallas or Chicago are preferred due to the central location and proximity to key client regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the North American Sales Team to drive performance, exceed revenue goals, and personally engage in selling Allied Universal® Event Services solutions to both new and existing clients
  • Set the sales strategy, including individual goals, and ensure that both regional and global resources are aligned to meet targets
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities, positioning Allied Universal® Event Services as the premier provider of event security and guest services
  • Coordinate with other divisions to generate leads, foster professional relationships, and drive new sales growth
  • Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting, reviewing the sales pipeline, top opportunities, and accounts receivable objectives on a monthly basis
  • Lead the team in prospecting, using lead generation tools, social media, and industry associations to identify and develop new business
  • Serve as an ambassador of the company’s vision and values, focusing on disciplined growth of revenue and the development of the sales team
  • Strategically travel nationwide to optimize client meetings and strengthen relationships across key markets, ensuring consistent growth and market expansion

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of sales experience and at least four (4) years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a service-related industry
    • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study with a minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience and at least five (5) years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a service-related industry
    • Minimum of fourteen (14) years of sales experience, preferably in a service-related industry
  • Proven ability to deliver team success and growing sales; Able to align multiple strategies and ideas
  • Strategic thinking skills and aptitude for problem-solving
  • Strong oral and written interpersonal communication skills; able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, leaders, and other senior management throughout the company, be attentive to executives’ needs
  • Reviewing timeframes and budgets
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Confident in producing and presenting work
  • In-depth understanding of the industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
  • Sales Experience in the Event Services market

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary range of $150,000–$180,000, depending on experience and location, plus 40% annual bonus potential, with additional performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
