As a Security Guard -Manufacturing Site - Full Time in Waddell, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal assigned to a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in access control, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting the overall security-related operations of the site. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to help deter incidents while providing outstanding customer service to staff and visitors. This primarily driving post offers the opportunity to interact with a variety of individuals, utilize technology, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Assist with access control procedures at the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by answering questions and offering guidance related to site protocols and access procedures.
• Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with location-specific policies and protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary per established guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any irregularities.
• Participate in emergency response activities as directed, following Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activity in accordance with company and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post; a valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
