What You'll Do:

• Manage access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors in line with site-specific guidelines.
• Provide customer service by addressing questions and/or concerns from employees and visitors in a professional manner.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and the location's policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to observe for irregularities or security-related concerns, adapting to the industrial environment.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and/or hazards according to established procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including following evacuation and lockdown protocols specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
