As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Albany, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and/or delivery activity in a food and beverage environment.
- Document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance or hazard-related concerns, and communicate them to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- This position is primarily a driving post.
- Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
