As a Security Officer Patrol Unit in ALBUQUERQUE, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a collaborative team committed to innovative service.

- Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions and site protocols.
- Support Allied Universal and location personnel by communicating clearly with supervisors, public contacts, and/or first responders during routine operations and emergency situations.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
