As a Security Professional Patrol Armed Retail in Alice, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for customers and staff. This role requires both an armed guard card and a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for patrolling the premises and responding promptly to incidents. You will have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with the public, and contribute to a caring, team-oriented culture built on integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and judgment to address security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or unauthorized access.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during critical situations at the location.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card or License is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
