As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter potential security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures and offering assistance as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for access control posts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to observe for irregular or suspicious activity and to help to deter potential security-related breaches.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities observed during assigned shifts.
• Support Allied Universal and client management by communicating issues or concerns related to access control or site-specific policies in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in emergency response activities as required, according to the site's procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
