Security Officer Patrol Circuit Driver

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will also deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access, and report observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management as required.
- Support loss prevention awareness, assist with crowd and/or queue observation during busy periods, and document incidents, disturbances, and/or other security-related activity accurately.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
