As a GSOC Operator in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, assisting with access control, and providing outstanding customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and prompt communication, ensuring that all protocols are followed. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage all incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch center, maintaining accurate logs of incidents and activities.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel and law enforcement as needed to provide timely responses to security-related incidents within financial institution locations.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and client-specific guidelines.
• Utilize computer systems and communication devices to relay information, dispatch personnel, and document events as required.
• Assist in monitoring security-related systems such as access control and surveillance equipment to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred for primarily driving posts.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
