As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor security-related activity, and support timely responses to incidents and service needs. You will maintain clear documentation, assist with access-related requests, and provide exceptional customer service while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; document and dispatch appropriate personnel for security-related incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal management as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, access-related records, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
- Monitor security-related systems and communications to help identify unusual activity and support a coordinated response.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Experience operating a Segway or T3 is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
