Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to verify authorized access, assist with visitor processing, and support security-related procedures for employees, vendors, and/or contractors.
- Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with site personnel, and following post orders and client-facing service expectations in changing conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
