As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities throughout the location. Your responsibilities will include maintaining constant communication, responding to incidents, and supporting our on-site team to help deter potential security-related issues. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate security-related communications between personnel and relevant departments within the financial institution location.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and/or areas as required, maintaining clear and concise logs of all activities.
• Provide customer service by following established security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including during emergency response activities.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information as necessary to appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, calls, and dispatch activities as outlined by site protocols.
• Communicate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist in the implementation of security-related procedures and protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age for this role.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
