Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Services Job in Atlanta, Georgia

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Services in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property grounds, building exteriors, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests and vendors, and maintain required visitor, incident, and shift activity documentation.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Communicate clearly with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, maintenance observations, and incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
