As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol Specialist in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a luxury retail location.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting store personnel and visitors.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and note unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues to the appropriate contact.
- Assist with opening and closing activities, support loss prevention awareness efforts, and document incidents and daily observations according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
