As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Concierge in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access and badge procedures, monitor alarm and access-control systems, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service help create a secure, welcoming environment. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with location procedures.
- Monitor access points and lobby activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and direct guests to appropriate offices or departments within the financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating concerns to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
- Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and support front-desk administrative duties while maintaining a professional presence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
