As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, drivers, and employees entering the facility, providing a professional and courteous presence at the front desk.
• Monitor visitor and vehicle access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain adherence to site-specific policies.
• Perform security-related checks of credentials and/or deliveries as required by site protocols for logistics and distribution environments.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate per Allied Universal guidelines.
• Communicate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed at the front desk.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, deliveries, and incident reports, ensuring all documentation is complete and timely.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
