Security Officer Visitor Check In Driver

As a Security Officer Visitor Check In Driver in Atlantic City, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location as a Front Desk Professional, where you will greet residents and guests, monitor access, support security-related procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a residential location.
- Monitor access at the front desk by verifying visitor information, maintaining entry logs, issuing passes and/or credentials, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting property management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
- Answer phones, greet incoming individuals, receive deliveries, and support general lobby operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent observation and adherence to security-related procedures.
- Prepare accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or access issues, and communicate relevant information to residents, property staff, and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
