Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support daily operations, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This role calls for strong communication, customer service, and professionalism, along with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative approach grounded in teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, verifying permissions and reporting discrepancies according to site procedures.
- Support daily operations by completing reports, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
