As a Screener with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout assigned areas. What You'll Do:

• Support a secure environment by conducting screening procedures for individuals entering the location, following established protocols and site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with questions and offering directions as needed.
• Carry out security-related procedures as trained, responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and team members to maintain order and address any issues that arise.
• Document incidents and observations according to company and site-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items from entering the location.
• Remain alert to potential risks or suspicious activity and report findings to appropriate personnel for further action.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
