Security Officer - Dispatch Analyst

As a Security Officer Dispatch Analyst in Aurora, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Dispatch Professional in a busy retail location, you will help coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support prompt responses to security-related concerns. This role blends strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork while helping maintain an organized environment. - Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a large retail location.
- Monitor communication channels, receive calls for service, and dispatch personnel to incidents, alarms, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or activity reports with accuracy, and relay relevant information to site leadership, tenants, and/or responding agencies as needed.
- Support access control, after-hours activity coordination, and other security-related operations by tracking requests, issuing directions, and maintaining dispatch logs.
- Conduct regular and random patrol support coordination around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
