Security Officer Shopping Center Rover

As a Security Officer Shopping Center Rover in Aurora, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor access points, observe site conditions, and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by documenting activities, communicating with tenants and/or visitors, and assisting with routine security-related requests.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
