As a Security Professional Telecom Front Desk in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be stationed at the heart of a leading tech and media location, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include managing access control, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming and professional presence. You will help to deter unwanted incidents by maintaining a visible and attentive posture, while also responding promptly to inquiries and requests. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner while monitoring access to the building at the front desk.
• Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a tech and media location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges as appropriate.
• Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with inquiries related to building access or procedures.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, or emergencies to the appropriate personnel and/or Allied Universal management.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, maintaining composure and clear communication during incidents.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain an orderly environment at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, as required by the client.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
