As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Assist with monitoring entrances and exits, as well as controlling access to restricted areas within the healthcare location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or providing directions to emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or security-related observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccines are required for hospital assignments.
• Applicants must be able to work in hospital morgue environments.
• Applicants must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
