What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors entering the location, providing a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk.
• Verify identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies and procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or security-related incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor and employee activity as required.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with site personnel, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Support security-related operations by following established procedures and contributing to a secure environment at the location.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, in accordance with site-specific training and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
