Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or unsecured areas to appropriate personnel.
- Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by following post orders, assisting with crowd management, and/or helping to address customer service issues in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
