As a Security Officer - Distribution Gate Monitor in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, while providing exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals and/or vehicles entering or exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying identification and credentials as required by site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and support a secure environment.
• Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious behavior according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
