As a Security Professional - Distribution Entry in Bloomington, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a SCREENER at a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting thorough screenings and routine patrols throughout the property. Your presence and attention to detail will help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, and/or packages entering or exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related risks and observe for unusual activity.
• Accurately document observations, incidents, and any security-related activities as required by site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
• Maintain a visible presence at screening checkpoints and provide assistance or directions to employees, visitors, and/or vendors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
