Security Officer Foot Patrol

As a Security Officer Foot Patol in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this location, you will support daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while bringing an agile and reliable presence to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or unusual conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for role.
- Guard card is required.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
