As a Security Officer Access Control in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a residential location, where you will help manage entry activity, monitor assigned areas, and support residents and guests with professional customer service and communication. In this role, you will remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents while contributing to a caring culture built on teamwork, integrity, and reliable service.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a residential location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts or emergency services when appropriate.
- Document visitor activity, deliveries, incidents, and/or irregularities in required logs and reports, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter, observing for unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
