As a Security Professional – Industrial Entry Control in Bridgeville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control professional in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and active monitoring. You will be responsible for managing access points, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors, all while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points at the manufacturing location to allow entry only to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Assist with enforcing site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.
• Conduct regular and random security-related patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related questions and concerns.
• Document and report any unusual activities, security-related breaches, or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or lockdown procedures.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to address access control and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
