As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at a chemical and petrochemical location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, managing communications, and providing clear instructions to both staff and visitors. You will conduct security-related patrols and support access control operations, helping to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Coordinate communication and dispatch activities for security-related tasks across the location, following established procedures and protocols.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems to identify and report unusual or suspicious activity within the chemical and petrochemical environment.
• Document and relay incident reports and emergency requests to appropriate personnel in a calm, organized manner.
• Support Allied Universal team members by providing timely updates and information during incidents and critical situations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate logs of all dispatch and communication activities as required by site-specific policies.
• Communicate with first responders and/or site management as required during emergency response activities.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity by monitoring and controlling entry and exit points remotely.
• Provide customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests from site personnel and visitors, always maintaining a professional demeanor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
