As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Credential Review in Nazareth, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Valid Driver's License
All candidates must possess a valid Australian driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require driving as part of job responsibilities.
Access Control/Badge Experience
Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). This experience is crucial for positions that involve security and access management.
Alarm Panel Experience
Familiarity with alarm panel systems (B202) is required for candidates applying for roles that involve monitoring and responding to security alarms.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). This skill is necessary for roles that require digital communication, data entry, or software usage.
Customer Service Experience
A background in customer service (B219) is essential for positions that involve direct interaction with clients or customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Loss Prevention Experience
Candidates should have experience in loss prevention (B210) for roles that focus on minimizing theft and ensuring the safety of company assets.

How This Role Works:

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, processing visitor and driver information, and maintaining accurate access-related records.
Monitor truck traffic, delivery activity, and designated access areas to help support orderly movement throughout the distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and other designated locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
