Monday - Friday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $23.50 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / Opportunity For Advancement

Candidate is Required to be 21+ Years Old and Must Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

As a Security Officer - Financial Site Patrol in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a financial institution location. Your presence will help create a welcoming and secure environment for visitors, employees, and clients. You will interact with people regularly, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with both the public and your team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a financial institution setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the proper authorities and/or Allied Universal management.
• Follow emergency response activities as required, including assisting with evacuations and/or lockdowns if necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by the location.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
