As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Boston, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. This primarily driving post requires you to navigate the property and respond promptly to situations as they arise. Pay Rate: $18.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the food and beverage production or distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site guidelines.
• Support emergency response efforts and communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required and applicants must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements; this is primarily a driving post and driving experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
