Security Officer - Active Clearance Needed Job in Bothell, Washington

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol with Active Clearance in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and site concerns. You will communicate professionally with personnel and visitors, document activities using computer-based tools, and contribute to a caring, reliable team culture built on integrity, agility, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, document visitor and contractor activity, and report irregularities to site leadership.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
