As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, being approachable to assist tenants or visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises using a vehicle as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, assisting with security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual circumstances.
• Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activities occurring on and around the premises.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site management and Allied Universal policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, offering assistance as needed while maintaining a security-related presence.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changing conditions at the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
