Security Officer Lobby Driver

As a Security Officer Lobby Driver in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional commercial real estate location as a Front Desk officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations with strong communication and a customer-focused approach. This is a driving post. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location.
- Monitor the front desk area, greet employees, visitors, and vendors, and help direct them according to site access protocols and reception procedures.
- Verify visitor identity and/or appointment details, maintain visitor logs, and communicate with building contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access questions.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through site reporting processes.
- Support access control functions from the front desk, including monitoring entry activity, answering phones, and helping to address questions related to the location's security-related policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
