Security Professional - CRE Lobby Desk Driver

As a Security Professional - CRE Lobby Desk Driver in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a commercial real estate location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all visitors and personnel. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required during emergencies or unusual situations.
• Maintain logs and records of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related incidents.
• Support building operations by answering inquiries, providing directions, and assisting with deliveries or service requests at the front desk.
• Help to deter unauthorized access to the location by maintaining a visible presence and following entry control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
