As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Branchburg, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity.
- Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
