What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry onto the premises of a food and beverage production location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to maintain compliance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions within the facility.
• Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site guidelines and report any unusual activity to Allied Universal management and/or site management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for anomalies.
• Complete and submit reports related to daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Willingness to work at sites with limited on-site facilities, such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack, is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
