As a Security Officer Full Time Identity Verification in Breinigsville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help manage site access, monitor entry points and alarm panels, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour
Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
Candidates applying for positions that require access control responsibilities must demonstrate prior experience with badge systems and access management protocols. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and deactivating access badges.Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
For roles that involve security monitoring or alarm response, candidates must have experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, troubleshooting, and response procedures.Customer Service Experience (B219)
All candidates must possess a strong background in customer service. This includes effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and customers.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized individuals in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; report concerns through established communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, the business, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
- Assist with maintaining accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
