Security Professional - Defense Patrol Driver

As a Security Professional - Defense Patrol Driver in Brunswick, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong, visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to various situations as they arise. This is a driving post, so you will perform your duties both on foot and by vehicle. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within an aerospace and defense environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Maintain thorough documentation of daily activities, observations, and any incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or emergencies.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions to maintain a secure environment for personnel and property.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
