In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, team-oriented culture that puts people first.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and/or emergency response support at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and sharing details with site contacts when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries entering and leaving the location, following post orders and reporting unusual conditions, damaged property, and/or operational disruptions.
- Support badge, visitor, and/or truck gate processes as assigned, helping to maintain orderly access flow while providing clear directions and professional communication.
Minimum Requirements:
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
