As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will play a crucial role in monitoring security-related activities and coordinating communication throughout the site. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate dispatch systems to support security-related operations within an aerospace and defense location.
• Communicate with security personnel and site staff to coordinate responses to incidents and/or emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Receive and document incoming calls, alarms, and reports, prioritizing and dispatching security-related personnel as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs of all dispatched activities and communications to support site protocols.
• Assist with customer service by providing information and support to site staff and visitors as needed.
• Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and instructions as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required, conveying critical information accurately and promptly.
• Conduct security-related checks using surveillance or monitoring equipment as directed by post requirements.
• Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of site activities and reporting concerns promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
