Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Observation Job in Camden, Arkansas

As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Observation in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. An armed guard card or license is required.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and vehicle permissions in accordance with established site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while maintaining a professional presence and following applicable armed post procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
