Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Security Clearance Job in Camden, Arkansas

As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while upholding site protocols. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site requirements.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
- Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- CPR Certification is preferred.
- Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.
- Handcuffing Certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
